Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund PolicyGreen Lightning ProClean maintains the following policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds in order to ensure fairness, efficiency, and consistency in the delivery of our services.

1.⁠ ⁠Annual Package Cancellation


Clients may cancel their annual service package at any time. Since Green Lightning ProClean does not collect payment for services until one (1) week prior to each scheduled appointment, no charges will apply for canceling the package in advance of a billing cycle. Once a scheduled appointment falls within the seven (7) day billing window and has been charged, the standard cancellation and refund policies outlined below shall apply.

2.⁠ ⁠Single Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel an individual upcoming cleaning appointment provided that written notice is received at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled service. In such cases, no charges will be applied, and the appointment may be canceled or removed from the annual package without penalty.

3.⁠ ⁠Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule an appointment up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled service time using the rescheduling link provided in appointment confirmation emails and reminders. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours in advance will not be accepted, and the appointment will be considered final.

4.⁠ ⁠Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Cancellations or missed appointments occurring within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled service are considered final and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
However, Green Lightning ProClean may, at its sole discretion, grant a one-time courtesy exception in the event of verifiable extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency or other unavoidable hardship. Clients seeking an exception must notify Green Lightning ProClean as soon as reasonably possible and may be asked to provide supporting documentation.

5.⁠ ⁠Quarterly Appointments Under Annual Package

Following the completion of the initial cleaning under an annual package, the remaining three quarterly appointments are subject to the same cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms as outlined in Sections 2–4 above.
